There is a 48 hour money back promise if you sample the course and decide, for whatever reason, that you do not like the format/voice etc. Please email canny.canines@hotmail.com (canny.canines@hotmail.com)within 48 hours of payment. Any requests after 48 hours will not be honoured. Due to the individual nature of each dog's reactivity, and the nature of our lives, it would be impossible for me to promise/guarantee results. However, if you choose to pay the one-off fee, you do receive 1x 30 minute zoom call with me to take advantage of during your time on the course to help you with any issues you're experiencing. You can of course sign up for more 121s either in-person or via Zoom by emailing canny.canines@hotmail.com.

Absolutely! You can add in any 121s at any time (either zoom or in-person). These are hourly appointments and are a great addition to the online course so that we can safely progress your training and troubleshoot any issues you may be having. All training is based on positive reinforcement techniques, but goes much deeper than just giving your dog a treat whenever they see another dog/person etc! The idea is to build the skills they need away from their triggers so they are well equipped to handle them without over-reacting when we start to reintroduce them to your dog... Think of it like learning the skills of a new job before actually doing it!

Every module has a video with a transcript and some modules have workbooks to help enhance your learning. I have tried to cover all bases in terms of how people learn best. I have also tried to keep videos as short and actionable as possible, without unnecessary waffle! There are weekly reminders when new modules are released to prompt you to login and get started. You can also send me any homework for feedback, too! Not at all! I've had dogs who are 6 months old, to 9 years old successfully work through this program. Ever heard the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks?? Its not true! And it's also never too early to work through their issues!

Not at all! You can start this course before your puppy has even come home to best prepare you, or prior to their vaccinations. Although some of the videos are definitely geared more towards common puppy issues (such as toilet training and puppy biting), this course is also suitable for dogs who are new to formal training, for example a rescue dog who has never experienced home life (like many foreign rescue dogs). Its also great for novice dog owners to learn more about their new arrival - no matter what age your dog is! Ever heard the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks?? Its not true! (for dogs and humans) And it's also never too early to work through their issues!
